Made a big difference on snoring, he still snores but not as loud and he has a more resentful night sleep, I'd recommend the both of them nose and mouth

I tried a few of these types of things, I think these ones are pretty good. They are extremely sticky, so much so that tearing it off your face in the morning kind of hurts a little. They also leave a bit of residue, but that's pretty easy to get off in a warm shower, just get it a bit warm, and then gently rub it off with your fingers. I guess there are going to be some reviews from people here who say it doesn't stick, but honestly to those people, you just need to give up, if you have cleaned the grease off your nose with some iso-propyl alcohol wipes, or some witch hazel, and these still don't stick to your nose, then I really don't think any nose strip is going to be a solution for you.As to whether these work, that depends really what your issue is - if your issue is that your nostrils are small in the first couple of cm of your nose, then this will help. If the problem is deeper down (your nose goes all the way to the back of your throat), then this will obviously do nothing for you. For me, the issue is deeper down, so these don't do much for me, but it was worth a shot.Also snoring, I think there is no guarantee here that a nose strip will stop you snoring. You can but try though, why not.

Brilliant and stays on all night and even if you have to take it off you can reapply it again.It's a bit tricky to get the sticker off but you get used to it after a while.Very good and much better than another brand I bought!

I've been trailing this for a month before writing a review and these really work for me. I got these to help me sleep better throughout the night.When I first started using I did find a times I had taken it off in my sleep but I recently noticed I sleep alot deeper and better with these on so they're doing the trick.I do sometimes have a bit black fluffy on my face but it washes off. Definitely repurchase

This mouth tape comes in different size strips. It is comfortable to wear after a while as it takes a bit to get used to your mouth being taped. It does help with overall sleep and feeling the benefits. For instance, I feel after 2 /3 weeks my sleep is better quality and more rested so when I wake up I have more energy. I will contine to buy more of this pack as they are approx 3 weeks supply and are reasonable cost.

I thought I'd give these a go as I've heard so much about nose breathing. Really effective, stick well and don't come off during the night. I find i am waking up more refreshed, and no dry mouth when I do wake up. About to buy my next lot. 🙂
